Our entire experience with Mike was outstanding. He responded to my initial email quickly, scheduled the visit, explained our options, and offered his expertise. Our closet was an odd size, but he explained the best way to maximize the existing space and provided a drawing of the space and the proposed plan within 24 hours of the visit. The cost of the project was openly discussed. There were no mark-ups or offers for “a better” design for additional fees. He gave anticipatory guidance regarding the turnaround time and expectations for installation during our first meeting. He was also responsive to my multiple questions throughout the “waiting phase”.Completion of the project was sooner than his estimated time, but we were not ready for the installation because some alterations to the main wall were not completed (our fault). I contacted him the following week and he scheduled the installation promptly . He was present during the entire installation process and oversaw a crew a master trim carpenters to ensure seamless installation. The end result was better than we expected! I chose this company based. On the reviews. Several customers noted that they had used Mike several times and I can see why! I had custom closets in my two previous homes, but I waited 20 years to do this closet because I was perplexed about the shape and existing window. I should have called Mike sooner!

I truly feel their pricing is very reasonable especially considering the quality products they provide and the quality work they do! Mike Beard came out for a consultation appointment and thoroughly listened to our needs and provided suggestions and options for my daughter’s closet design. Mike was professional, patient and very helpful. The Installer, James Willadsen came out today and installed the closet system. James was prompt, courteous and he completed the job in a very timely manner! It is beautiful and functional! It is absolutely perfect! Mike took such good care of us and James did a great job with installation. I just want to hang out in my garage now!!! We're getting pull outs for the lower cabinets in our kitchen also. I can't wait!!! I wish there were more stars so I could give them a 10Star rating!!!
