The business owner moved my appointment without telling me. After I drove almost 40 mins to try this new business, I was pretty upset when she was annoyed with me for not being able to meet her request. There was no “I’m sorry,” it was her saying well things happen. And they do. But. You text your client. To get an appointment, I had to call twice and finally text her. She didn’t even seem fully aware she had a 3:00 appointment. I had purchased a Groupon, but will be begging them to refund it so I don’t have to return. Avoid and try a more organized, kinder establishment.
