My other collision repair estimate claimed that my 2024 Lexus with slight damage to the rear door would need the entire rear door replaced. But Sam, at Colonial, suggested fixing the dents, and did a superb job, on time, at half the price! He also fixed our side mirror at the same time. I can NOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT SAM !!!!!!I had some health issues and left my car there for over 6 months without having any work done on it. Sam could legally have taken possession of my car and kept it or sold it. When I finally picked it up he WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE A PENNY FROM ME !!!!I tried to pay him a storage fee, I tried to give him money for a nice dinner out, I was begging him to let me do something in return for his kindness and he refused every time.He was PERFECTLY & LEGALLY justified to take advantage of me, but he showed pure kindness and mercy. He will have my business for life !!!!!

I had had a pretty rough experience waiting for parts to come in …communication was not ideal while I waited for parts …I received a lot of stories and excuses…However, after almost 3 months of waiting they had all the parts and completed the work quickly! My vehicle was washed and the inside interior was detailed! Looked brand new! I was very impressed with the work they completed. I would recommend taking your vehicle here…I drive a 2024 SUV so waiting on parts was inevitable…

Got into a minor accident and took my vehicle in to get back bumper, front bumper, and right passenger side door replaced. They made sure to get the correct OEM paint and parts, paint job was great, everything blended so nicely. They got all the work done within 3 weeks.
