I originally went to MORGAiN PT to have Ricky help me with some arm and back pain I was dealing with for a couple months. Over the course of a few weeks Ricky was able to alleviate my arm and back pain, but also taught me how to keep these issues from coming back again. He also helped introduce me to some weight lifting techniques that would help my body stay fit and toned as I grow older. With Ricky’s help I am probably in the best fitness shape of my whole life. The knowledge and education provided truly has me feeling stronger and more confident in my day to day.
