As a realtor and as homebuyers I would recommend Hope Home Inspections. They are always on time or a little early and send reports the same day. Consider having them do a sewer line scope inspection too.

Hope Home Inspections exceeded my expectations. I used them for New Construction Pre-Drywall and Pre-Closing Inspections. Scheduling was easy and the inspections performed were very thorough and well documented with good images, including the roof from a drone. Inspection Report was issued with 2 hours of inspection completion. Nick L was excellent. I plan to use them for the 11-month warranty inspection too!

Hope Home Inspections has been fantastic to work with on several recent inspections. Nick is always on time, professional, and incredibly efficient. One thing I especially appreciate is his availability. In real estate, inspection timelines are often tight, and being able to schedule an inspection quickly can make all the difference in keeping a transaction moving forward. The reports are thorough, easy to understand, and consistently delivered promptly, allowing buyers and sellers to make informed decisions without unnecessary delays. I truly appreciate his reliability, attention to detail, and the smooth experience he provides for both my clients and me. I highly recommend Nick and Hope Home Inspections to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and responsive home inspection company.
