Needed my computer updated to accept Windows 11, went to Who's your Data and the technician was extremely helpful and courteous, pointed out what my system could keep and what could be replaced to keep it up to date and working compatibly for the next 3 to 4 years, Mother Board, RAM and CPU, then loaded Windows 11 operating system. Called me when it was finished and it was very fast 1 and a half days, cost was also very reasonable. When I picked it up Nicholas and Christopher were friendly, informative and easy to talk to, they didn't Geek Speak but explained things in laymen's terms. Nicholas brought the computer online to show me it was working and let me know they back their install. Great experience and I will definitely be going back for any services I will need in the future. Thanks for a great experience !!!!!

Called looking for a Dell Latitude power cord, too old to update to win 11.
