I've had a few different lawn care/landscaping services over the years at my current home, and none of them worked out long-term. So when I learned about Russo Landscapes, I was cautiously optimistic, but still nervous. Well, my first visit was yesterday, and I can confidently say my nervousness has disappeared. This visit was fantastic, and I'd like to tell you why. First, it starts with Nick, who was my contact on my journey to deciding on Russo Landscapes for my home. He was very professional and really honest, and he gave me a good sense that I was in good hands with them. Yesterday's crew was Nathan and Jesus, and they were both fantastic. There was A LOT to go over about my property, and Nathan addressed all of my concerns without blinking an eye. And again, his professionalism really stood out. Jesus was really good as well; the two of them make a great team, and they spent a lot of time making sure all of my issues were taken care of. I know it's only been one visit, but I can really get a feel for something like this right away, good or bad, and this was a VERY good experience. Oh, and also, to add to this professional experience, they have a portal which is the home base for all of my property's info, schedules, and any other details. I can do anything I need to on this portal, which is SO nice. I first discovered Russo Landscapes because of their stellar reviews (which is pretty rare in the landscaping business), and now I am 100% sure I made the right choice. As with any new relationship sometimes there is a miscommunication. I will say that I am impressed with the team approach to make things right. I contacted Yolanda at the office to ask for an explanation of my bill and received an excellent answer. In our conversation I mentioned a couple of concerns. She placed me on hold and returned with a solution for my issues. Ryan and his team were here again today and not only corrected the small issue but also walked the yard and explained how the next steps will be done to make certain I am satisfied with Russo Landscape’s services in the future. I would highly recommend Russo to anyone looking for a first class operation to care for lawn and landscaping needs.

Russo Landscapes did an amazing job on our backyard! Nick provided a great plan and advice for replacing our worn out grass with beautiful zoysia sod and adding some design enhancements with rock and stone beds and walkways. Additionally, Oscar and his crew did an awesome job of implementing the work and the overall result was beyond our expectations, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail! Our lot had been severely neglected by our previous landscape company. After Nick came out and provided us a quote, I did some research on their company. We immediately switched over to Russo. Today Russo Landscape sent Ryan and Yovin to clean up our overgrown flower beds, trim our shrubs, and cut the lawn. They did an excellent job.The beds were edged to perfection. Great attention to detail. If you are no longer able to do your own lawn maintenance or if you just don’t have time to keep up with all that a yard needs done I highly recommend Russo Landscape. They have a team of people guiding you through a process that will keep your lawn in great shape. We first met with Nick who walked the property with us and asked us what we envisioned. He then worked with a designer to make a comprehensive plan. Today Nick was here with Ryan and Yovin working to bring our plan to fruition. Huge shoutout to a hard working crew.
