Owner is fast, reliable and great price point! I called because I had a lot of pet stains, everyday accidents that just totalled my carpet. I reached and they were here 2 days later to clean 2 rooms, a hallway and stairs. I even got my couch cleaned the same day! That was awesome! They do it all! Don't think about Elite Floor, book with Elite Floor asap!

This was my first time hiring a professional company to clean my sectional and I won’t be going anywhere else. I will be referring all of my friends! John, the owner himself answered my phone call, got me a quote within 10 min, and had me on the schedule. Arrived early for my appt. (Also confirmed that was okay!) made sure I knew what to expect and had my couch looking like new! And it smells fantastic! Great price and definitely worth it! They did a wonderful job!

Although our carpet is still drying it looks clean as a whistle . We were impressed with John’s work, his communications, also giving feedback as to future spots. We would use him again. Marty K. Oh , he also included a free stain resistant spay.

John and Sam are lifesavers. Never write these reviews, but these guys absolutely earned it. Bailed me out on some water in the basement. Nothing but great things to say about these guys.

John and his team came in and were very professional from the start. They took the time to go over any concerns I had and explained everything to me before they did it.They were very understanding about us wanting to get the area under our bed (a king) and even assisted with moving the frame and the mattress. They were very friendly and understanding with our pets and children, even allowing them to watch and explaining what they were doing in a way that made sense to them. Our carpet is original to our house, we toyed with the idea of having it replaced but decided to give it one last chance, John and his team brought new life into our carpet, we couldnt be more happy with the cleaning and the pet treatment they performed. Thanks John!!!!
