John and his team came in and were very professional from the start. They took the time to go over any concerns I had and explained everything to me before they did it.They were very understanding about us wanting to get the area under our bed (a king) and even assisted with moving the frame and the mattress.They were very friendly and understanding with our pets and children, even allowing them to watch and explaining what they were doing in a way that made sense to them.Our carpet is original to our house, we toyed with the idea of having it replaced but decided to give it one last chance, John and his team brought new life into our carpet, we couldnt be more happy with the cleaning and the pet treatment they performed. We hired Elite Floor and Upholstery for our office and we're very happy with the job they did. From the time they got here to the time they left, I believe it was about an hour and a half. They vacuumed and did a great job spraying down our carpets. We would recommend them and plan to use them when we do our next cleaning.
