I am downrating my earlier review of 5 stars to 4 stars. The service needs to improve drastically. If you go during peak hours, the place just falls apart. The staff are helpless, and every order takes 40 minutes ( way beyond the committed 10 min). The food is still delectable, but they need to do something about the service.Original review:Amazing place...every item is full of authentic flavours from the streets of India. I wish the place had more space and seating arrangements; however, the dishes are just super delectable.

Frankly my actual rating will be 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐✨.Love the service of staff, very courteous and respectful while being professional.This is one of the top tier places in South East Victoria for Indian desserts and I beleive with slight more detailing, if management has the bandwidth.Classic (🌹) Falooda - pic in photos - One of the best falooda which you can get in town, so damn good and absolute on 💰. This is a 🧲 for me and it's been consistent 🥛 over the years and hats off to the team for upholding this benchmarking. Well done.DC Special Royal 🍨 Gola - pic in photos - Flavor galore in a bowl with shaved ice and mouth watering stuff. I would have that in winter weather too, it's so comforting.Classic Laccha Rabri - pic in photos - Very tasty 😋 and delicious sweet stuff. However being the name Laccha Rabri which I have had the privilege to enjoy at top notch places across the 🌎, I would really hope to see more of those Laccha and lil less of liquid in bowl. They have improved their Rabri over the years but I feel this needs more work or the management needs to try & test themselves, should this be taken into consideration.Cassata - One item which I have eaten almost in every visit is classic cassata. I have loved Family size slab too (shared 😁) is worth every bite, ridiculously delicious. The tutti fruity, sponge on bottom, ice cream combination is of the the sheer comfort 🎂.Rasmalai Tres Leches Cake - pic in photos - Have tried few times but have been disappointed always. I feel tres leches cake is not doing any justice to the Rasmalai Combination and the reason for that is the texture of tres leches is not absorbing Ras Malai sweet milk and/or Tres Leches light sponge cake texture is not airy and perfectly structured and is not made to sit in Rasmalai for a while prior serving. I hope this can be looked into as it doesn't do justice to the high standards set by other amazing goodies they serve.I sincerely hope that Laccha Rabri & Tres Leches Rasmalai Cake suggestion would be considered. Will only buy or recommend those items if they're improved for further.My loyalty otherwise will be purely with Falooda, Ice Gola & Cassata - highly recommended.

So far I have tried falooda and jalebi rabri and I really loved it. One of the best rabri . Will be going again soon to try sandwiches as well. I really liked the thank you card, haven’t seen anybody doing that but that’s a really good gesture towards customers. Hope their other food items will not disappoint.
