Incredibly unprofessional agency that should not be allowed to be Medicaid certified. After having my caregiver for a few months, she showed up for her shift completely unable to perform her assigned tasks, which were not difficult. I had to carry in my groceries including 3 large water cases despite the fact that I have back issues. When I reported this to Trinity, I was told this was inappropriate behavior by my caregiver and that I would get someone else. Less than a week later I was notified of a termination of services due to a lack of having a caregiver on staff to "cover my needs." My needs are 4 hours a week. If a company cannot cover two 2-hour shifts a week they need to reassess their business model. Thanks for nothing Jackie, Scott & Kevin.

Trinity Home Care has provided amazing care to our parents. Trinity, you have been so reliable, are always kind, make good meals and are being so respectful with mask wearing during this Covid outbreak. With our parents' memory loss and frustration with having to have help (when they think they don't need it), we thank you for understanding and showing them empathy. Each bit of independence they lose is another blow to their self-worth and self-confidence. Each step has a mourning process that affects their mood and the way they react.
