The moment I came into this office they explained everything that was going to happen with my treatment! Everyone was very friendly. The staff made me feel at home and forget that I was at the dentist. Dr.Lopez is very professional and great at what he does! I also love that they have staff who is bilingual. I recommend this office 100% to anyone looking for any dental work!

The absolute best dentist and staff! Dr. Vidrios and staff are so kind and have done a phenomenal job creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It doesn't even feel like your at the dentist when you visit!The first procedure I had done was a crown and I was NERVOUS to say the least! Elizabeth the assistant was so kind and helped me get through the anxiety, and Dr. Vidrios was very reassuring, patient and thorough in explaining the procedure.Everyone in the office is so genuine! If you've been putting off a dental visit go see them. You will not be disappointed!Ellensburg is very fortunate to have this practice in the community. I'm glad I found them, and you will be too!

I like both the dentists, they are friendly and straight shooters. Bridget is a thorough hygienist while not being aggressive in her approach either. The facility is very clean and everyone there is friendly.

My health was valued here and I was treated with so much kindness and respect by a highly skilled staff, dentist, financial operations/planning department (affordable and attainable care is a REALITY here!), & assistants! I have never (not once!) looked forward to going to the dentist in my life. I hope others in our beloved community will have a chance to experience what I did at Central Washington Dental. We have to keep this office around, y'all! I had options, everyone who works here had an EXCELLENT chairside manner. Everything was explained to me upfront. Time was taken to answer all my questions. I couldn’t recommend this dentist more, they are very transparent and I know exactly how much I’ll pay everytime I come in which I appreciate so much. I’ve had a check up with Dr Vidrios, and he was able to calm my nerves and was very kind. I had a consult with the owner (i forget his name) and he answered all my questions and concerns and even came back into the room when i had additional questions later. But my favorite person i’ve met here is BRIDGET! I love Bridget, she explains EVERYTHING she is doing and I can tell she thoroughly enjoys her job. She answers all my silly questions, and makes a not so fun cleaning actually enjoyable.

Most comfortable I've ever been in a dentist chair! They are so polite and kind and don't have any kind of attitude when providing care like some other options. They understand and are really here to help. I used to be terrified of the dentist but these people really make the experience great. Came in for a tooth extraction, the dentist was very clear about how each appointment would go including the procedure and recovery. The appointment was very quick and wasn’t as dreadful as it easily could’ve been. The combination of the great communication towards me and the overall friendliness made my time there very enjoyable. The staff being easy to talk to definitely made it feel that they’re not just coming in to do a job, but more that they really take the time to care about getting you really solid care.

I love the people at central Washington dental care, as they're all so happy and kind. They make extra effort to make me feel comfortable and relaxed while the procedures are being done.They're very good at taking care of my teeth. I feel like I'm treated properly and professionally, and my mouth is happy, also. The crowns are secured and I don't have to worry about them coming loose or falling out. I just got my exam after 8 years of being able to go to the dentist! I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past but everyone here was welcoming and kind! The technician did a thorough exam for Dr Vidrios with photos, CT scan, and xrays! The dentist came in and measured my bones and gums! They fully made me feel seen and heard. I even got the opportunity to meet with Dr Lopez to see if I had symptoms associated with TMD and got referred to an orthopedic doctor. 10/10 recommend especially for anyone with fears around dentistry like I did before this experience😁

Know their positions and perform their duties like they don’t have to expend any effort. Better than any dental facility I’ve ever been associated with. Best customer service. I always leave satisfied and very happy with my experience. All of the staff are happy, exuberant with great smiles and tremendous enthusiasm as they complete their work.When I show up early for an appointment I get in early. Friendly appointment reminders that really help a lot. All and all I could hang out with them even if I don’t have an appointment. I’m blown away with the working camaraderie amongst everyone. If you are looking for a dentist look no further. The new dentist Dr. Vidros is a godsend. Just fresh out of school - he’s experienced beyond his years. It’s like a home away from home!
