I would highly recommend Ivan’s Blinds. We had a 19 year old shade that stopped working. We thought it needed to be replaced so Shawn, their sales assoc. came out. He immediately called their service tech to see if he had the right part. He didn’t think he did but thought we should get him out anyways, otherwise we’d have to buy all new shades because they no longer carry ours. Ryan came out the next day and he just so happened to have the right part, and 30 minutes later we were back in business. When it does come time to replace any of our window coverings I will definitely be coming to them.La Quinta, CA

The service department at Ivan‘s represented by. Ryan is excellent. I had an older unit that was no longer being made and rather than just giving up. Ryan found an older discontinued part that worked, and it saved me a lot of money I could not recommend him more highly.
