We have finished two projects with Construction Kings and recommend them 100%!!!! Our first project was over a year ago, covered porch and a new deck. They did an outstanding job of making the new covering look like it was an original part of our sweet little cabin. Their highly skilled workers were pleasant, efficient and tidy. Zack met with my wife and me to explore the possibilities surrounding the upgrade of our back porch. From the beginning, he was on-time, professional and very easy to talk to. At first, we were slightly hesitant about getting our back porch, but honestly, after talking to Zack, any hesitancy quickly dissipated. His personality and communication really highlighted how dedicated he is to quality and customer satisfaction. He's simply a person you can trust, which is seemingly rare these days. We designed our new back porch, signed the agreement to have Construction Kings handle everything about our porch and were told we'd be able to break ground in just a few months with a dedicated team to ensure consistency of quality. We were so excited to get the ball rolling, we put a deposit down to break ground in just a few months! Unfortunately, a few days later we learned our planned financing had fallen through. We called Zack immediately this and he was very understanding. He offered to help us find new financing along with some in-house alternatives. We respectfully declined the offers and were expecting to lose our deposit after all the time Construction Kings spent helping us plan our addition. I was referred to CK by a friend of mine who had them replace the old siding on their house with new Hardie siding. They were quick to respond to my voicemail and set up a time to meet with me right away. The sales guy that showed up was friendly and knowledgeable. We came up with a plan to add 200 sq ft to my deck. They gave me a price on the spot and it seemed like a lot for what I was asking for. But I was having trouble finding anyone to take on the project so I agreed to it. Man I am glad that I did. The project manager contacted me and seemed to really know his stuff. I was given a schedule and was walked through the permit process. The workers that showed up to do the work were courteous and kept the yard clean. They even moved their work trucks when my cranky old neighbor complained about them parking in front of her house. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the work was completed and the building inspector was happy with their work as well. They were able to reuse some of the old decking from the deck that they pulled off and saved me some money. The way that they mixed the old with the new was artistic. It is hard to tell where the old deck stops and the new one begins. I would recommend them to anyone I know that needed work done on their house. Less
