Bowen Plumbing was able to come out the same day I called and repair my water heater in less than an hour once here. Both people I dealt with were fantastic, very professional and courteous. One of the main things I liked was that a real person answered the phone and talked to me, it was not a AI assistant or someone in some other area of the state, but right here in Hot Springs Arkansas. 5 stars all the way!

Replaced our disposal the next day after our call. Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. All the equipment needed was on the truck. We are very pleased.

Bowen Plumbing had to replace the waterline from the street to the house and didn’t tear up the yard. Our next door neighbor had the same issue and brought in a backhoe and dug up the front yard to replace pipe. We paid about the same amount. Bowen plumbing as always given us good service.Harry RobertHot Springs
