Absolutely Gorgeous! Stunning 360° views of the Newcastle skyline! 🏙 Fantastic venue. Staff and service are impeccable! We went there for a couple of cocktails to start our night out while watching the sunset from an incredible viewpoint ❤️ Absolutely a hidden gem! It was a Friday evening and there was an incredibly talented pianist/singer preforming for the ambiance too. It was simply sublime! Highly recommend! They also do fantastic food and tea services too.

Amazing food cooked just how we asked and even went off menu just to give us what we liked . Lisandra provided great service nothing was to much trouble and went above and beyond . The view speaks for itself as soon as you enter . My partner even got a complimentary birthday slice of cake .

We ate from the fixed lunch menu. There was very little choice on the menu.I ordered Chicken Kiev but it was extremely disappointing. Chicken Kiev is normally chicken wrapped around garlic butter so the butter spills out when you cut into the chicken breast. This meal was reconstituted chicken in breadcrumbs, formed into a sausage shape. The dinner plate was swimming in garlic butter but. In fact the meal was inedible and certainly did not identify with chicken Kiev .The cutlery was very lightweight and the glasses were bloomed with over washing in the dish washer .It was a beautiful sunny day when we visited so the views around the city and beyond were quite spectacular.This experience was given to me as a gift so I was disappointed not to enjoy whole experience.

They're is not many places I would recommend, but this one its tops. From going in to leaving, the views are spectacular over Newcastle the food is absolutely amazing and prices are very reasonable.The staff are so nice, polite and helpful especially ( LISA). Would recommend this place any time 10 out of 10.Thank you for a lovely night.

Where do I start? I arrived in Newcastle with no luggage after 3 flight delays and had reservations at 3sixty for 7:30. I had to arrive at the restaurant wearing the same clothes I had traveled in but immediately loved the music and beautiful panoramic views. I feel privileged to have met Monica my beautiful new Polish friend who made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond as my server. Monica you are the very best at what you do and 3sixty have a gem in you. To Ewan and all the staff I thank you for making me feel so welcome and the food was the very best Newcastle has to offer. The short rib was the best I have ever eaten. Again a special thank you to Monica. Hugs from Kent. I hope to see you all again some day.

The restaurant is very impressive. We were sat down at our table very quickly but I had to ask them for a drink as we sat for over 10 minutes waiting. It wasn’t even busy. The food took a while to come but the food was very nice.Lovey restaurant lovely food only complaint I have was the service. They also added a service charge onto the bill which I don’t agree with.

Small group of three ladies booked for afternoon tea. We arrived very early and approached the desk and stated we were happy to wait for our original time slot if our early arrival caused any difficulties.The staff were able to bring our booking forward which was appreciated and we were allocated a corner high table . The views are spectacular, the ambience lovely and the male singing and playing the piano added to the lovely atmosphere. Our server was delightful, extremely helpful and patient as we had a couple of special dietary requests ( pre notified) our requests for a slight amendment to the sandwiches were accommodated without issue. The first time we have found that an afternoon tea has been this flexible. Our server was attentive, approachable and helpful. This was an overall positive experience and I would highly recommend.

Didn’t feel like we got an experience suggested in the price.The food was ok. Only had 1 course, small portions.We didn’t have a great view, which was the only reason we booked there. One of us had our back to the window and a wall to the left. Other diners to our right. Only 1 of us had a view of rooftops.We did get up after our meal to try and get a photo with a better view (it was a special occasion) and got such a dirty look and attitude from the waitress. The restaurant was half empty too so we weren’t bothering other diners.Didn’t like the enforced 10% service charge either. The waitress stood over us explaining that it was our choice. Rather difficult and uncomfortable to refuse whilst she was standing over us. My daughter paid as she was too polite to refuse. I wish she hadn’t.Overall a disappointing experience sadly.
