Came for afternoon tea and it's very expensive was 190 pound for 4 afternoon teas and 4 cocktails. The staff were not particularly pleasant or attentive. They do not give you a plate for your afternoon tea food, you have to eat off the cutlery plate, which I found strange. For the price it is not worth the experience, food was average. They serve the sandwiches on a plate which again, why can't they put in in the basket to make it more of a luxury experience for the price. Views are the best thing about it.

Restaurant week deal. £20 for 2 courses. Delicious well presented food. Great value menu choices. Service team quick and attentive. Spectacular panoramic views of the city, friendly and attentive staff. Read negative posts but I can honestly say we three were very impressed and would recommend.

Came here for an afternoon tea to celebrate exactly to the minute of our 30th wedding anniversary as it gave views over the place we said 'I do' and celebrated afterwards. Food was ok and reasonably priced at £20pp (August 2026) for an afternoon tea and the staff were attentive. It was explained in the booking and we got there that is was our Pearl Wedding anniversary and staff kindly brought a glass of prosecco for my wife... it appears I was merely in attendance - on both occassions (ha!) Sadly the place is looking tired hence the stars but if you want panoramic view of the town then I reccommend it.

Took my mam here for Mother’s Day on the 13/3/26 and loved it, got a wowcher code which made it slightly cheaper. The food was amazing, the drinks were lovely, expensive though but well worth the price. The staff were lovely and the whole place felt like luxury. Only wish it was signposted a bit better as we couldn’t work out how to get to the right floor.

Fabulous views, restaurant lacked a good atmosphere, on exiting the lift upon arrival into the restaurant no one to greet, waited a few minutes for a member of staff to show, tables were stacked with clean cutlery & fresh napkins ready for setup.Food was alright, steak over cooked, broccoli delicious. Oil needed changing in fryers.Sorry but bit disappointed was looking forward to the visit after looking at photos on FB page.

We had a delicious midweek afternoon tea for 4 to celebrate a baby shower.There was a good variety of sandwiches and cakes.Service was wonderful and the staff were lovely and friendly.We used a wowcher, so it was very good value for money.The Prosecco was one of best we ever had, even the non alcoholic version was lovely and the coffee was delicious.Highly recommended.

We had organised a buffet for 50 people at lunchtime. The canapes were lively. I didn't see the buffet come out and by the time I got there, there was very little left.. some people I am sure would have taken more than 1 of everything, but I suppose that is the what happens. The prices of the drinks was a bit over the top especially the wine. I had not been informed of a service charge and was surprised to see it, but I did get a refund as I had left a cash tip. The views are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed it and will go back

The ambience and atmosphere for the afternoon tea was spoilt by a strong smell of fish from the kitchen and the air conditioning too low, probalary to reduce the smell of fish. Certainly the extraction system needs investigating.The lift had cardboard over the buttons and some of the areas looked tired.The views, service and afternoon tea were amazing.
