Lovely two course anniversary meal using the Groupon deal. It was easy to book and we were welcomed on arrival.The views alone are worth it!We got a little surprise treat and a card for our anniversary which was a lovely touch and Monika looked after us really well, encouraging us to look around the entire floor and enjoy the views and explaining the events and live music they have.

Location, layout and decor all top notch, we had the afternoon tea and it was very disappointing. Not a great selection of fair and not particularly good.Service was very good but will probably not go back as the quality is better elsewhere.

Had 2 course lunch with cocktail voucher deal with 5 friends.Ive been a few times now but my friends were wanting to go and they were very impressed.The staff are very friendly. The menu is very nice. Good choices..Great idea to change the menu every now and again. See you soon..

It's got an amazing view. The staff are fantastic. We had the afternoon tea and the sweets were gorgeous. We were a little let down by the savoury side as expected sandwiches and some sort of savoury pastry, instead of wraps and little pieces of foccaccia smothered in balsamic glaze. The only sandwich was one finger of ham and cheese, and considering it was for 2 we weren't really impressed. The pictures show finger sandwiches so we felt a little let down.

My husband and I had the vegan afternoon tea, the savoury wraps and sandwiches were fresh soft and very tasty.The sweet cakes (coffee bite and chocolate slice) were definitely our favourite.The views around the city are truly remarkable it was a beautiful sunny day when we went so we could see for miles.I can totally recommend this venue for its food its views and the staff were very welcoming and attentive.

We had an amazing time for my husband’s birthday. Complementary drinks and birthday card was a lovely touch. The service was amazing and Lisa was brilliant. Will totally recommend and will be going back soon.

We visited as a party of 13. The starters were good & all came together. The mains arrived over a 15 minute period, so that some were cold; catering fir vegans was poor; the trio of meats was not as described; the air con directly overhead was freezing. Issues were dealt with effectively, but these issues shouldn't have arisen. Disappointing performance.

The best service I’ve received from any restaurant I’ve been too, extremely friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. Even got a free beer on the house now you can’t complain with that! Definitely be returning.

A unique venue in Newcastle, and I had a great afternoon tea there! My only slight issue is that the staff did not realise my friend and I (who arrived separately) should have been seated together and put us on separate tables, although they did let us stay a bit longer at the end after we sorted this out, so we didn't lose out because of this. The food and drinks were lovely. Really enjoyed it.
