Just back from a lovely Sunday lunch to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was brilliant from start to finish. Lisa looked after us and she was first class and very friendly. My granddaughters loved the chat with her. The live music is a big plus. Definitely recommend a visit .

We just wanted to leave a review for 3Sixty in Newcastle. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Monika while looking for a place to enjoy afternoon tea. She truly went above and beyond our expectations, arranging a beautiful table with a stunning view of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious scones and tea, and the whole experience was made even more special by Monika’s kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon, we will definitely be back!

Son bought us a voucher for a 2 course meal with classic cocktail, had never been to the venue before. Have to say that we thoroughly enjoyed the occasion, the food was delicious and the signature cocktail certainly packed a punch. The food was so good that we even squeezed in s pudding. Monica was also brilliant, she was always there to check everything was ok or if we needed anything. 10/10

A great view. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere was just right, not too noisy, but had an atmosphere, with a nice touch of piano player/singer. The gluten free afternoon tea was good in that it wasn't too dissimilar in content to the other afternoon teas and the scone didn't fall to pieces, if you have gf you'll appreciate that. The gf brownie/Blondie was the least liked item on the gf stand. Ordinary afternoon teas nice, but I've had more exciting ones, could have added a sausage roll to savoury selection rather than just sandwiches. Also, have enjoyed menus where there are more adventurous cakes. On the whole would go again, the different venue, good view and ambience lovely. The Sunday lunches looked good, maybe try that next time.

Lovely visit for Sunday lunch for Fathers Day. The ambiance was lovely with a really good singer playing the piano which added to the visit. The food was lovely and we’d highly recommend. The only downside was the place is looking a little tired with some of the chairs looking quite worn. Nevertheless we would definitely return and obviously the views are amazing.

Went for Sunday lunch on Father’s Day with my 2 year old! From the moment I walked in the staff couldn’t be anymore helpful!Gave me a choice of table that I would find most appropriate for a toddler, gave me menus and drinks on arrival, they helped keep my toddler entertained but when she was eating they kept their distance to not distract her. This isn’t something you see everywhere, it’s like they understood when to approach or when to leave us be to allow her to eat!They seen that she had got to a point her in meal where she has stopped eating so came over and brought more vegetables that encouraged her to eat again and offered another Yorkshire pudding because they seen she had eaten the first one.The food was exceptional, the views were amazing but the service was the highlight of the visit! I haven’t stopped talking about it.Thank you Lisa and Monica and all the staff!

First time visiting 3SIXTY and can’t imagine I’ll be back anytime soon. I will say the staff were excellent. Fantastic servers who I can compliment enough. However,.we waited an extremely long time to be served our meal, I was okay with that given it was Father’s Day and busy although you’d think they’d be prepared. .The food was not great. For what the venue claims and wants to be it was poor. The beef was not good, the veg a soggy mess, the desert barely warm. It all felt very rushed as our sever of their own accord (which I appreciated) had chased the kitchen a couple of times. Also certain aspects of the venue felt unfinished and shoddy. Given it’s not that old and positions itself as the high end place it needs to be a lot better. Much better lunches available all over town. I’d have given 2 stars but the servers (I wish I had their names) really helped to elevate it to a 3.

Lovely food and generous portions. We are both big eaters and we're stuffed. We had the two course meal each and shared a pudding. We had a range of cocktails too and everything was beautiful.The only downfall I would say is I wouldnt have paid full price for what we had. It should have been £98 for the 2 meals and cocktail for 2 but I do think it was overpriced. We used Groupon and only paid £54 then paid extra for more cocktails and a pudding and we thought that was superb.Lovely sights and calming atmosphere. Date night without the children, so was very refreshing to have peace and be able to talk. Fab service from the girl we had. Chatty and friendly, made out experience much better.Just a heads up. We had issues getting in the building as no directions, after a while we were helped in by someone who lives in the flats. Please put up signage and maybe state to pull the door as it jams when you push the button to open it!Would deffo be coming back but only if the offer is still on.

We were celebrating a birthday and the staff were brilliant! They provided a card and complimentary Prosecco for the birthday girl. Our server, Lisa, was brilliant and so helpful. To be honest, the food was a let down and way over-priced for the quality. For example, the Thai beef salad was £22.95 for a few pieces of beef, a handful of wilted spinach, and way too much onion. My friend ordered the same dish and found it equally disappointing and flavourless. The cheesecake was way too cold and tasted grainy. We ordered 3 3-course meals and drinks and spent nearly £200, but the quality of the food did not come close to matching the price. Such a shame that the food didn’t match the service.

From being met out of lift by Karim he knew from our booking that it was a special treat for us and took us to a lovely table, mind every single table in the restaurant has a fantastic view. I asked about groupon offer and karim helped me sort that out. A fantastic 2 course meal with cocktail for £97 for 4 people. The food was so nice. We arrived at 2pm for our 2 hour slot. We were never rushed or hurried and because the room wasn’t busy we were allowed extra time, so took advantage of having more drinks. We had a fantastic afternoon in a beautiful restaurant, with the best views of Newcastle. I would like to thank all the staff who made it a special day for us, and looking forward to our next visit, when already know what my meal choice is going to be. For anybody visiting or having visitors to Newcastle (like us) I would really recommend 3/sixty.

Lovely two course anniversary meal using the Groupon deal. It was easy to book and we were welcomed on arrival.The views alone are worth it!We got a little surprise treat and a card for our anniversary which was a lovely touch and Monika looked after us really well, encouraging us to look around the entire floor and enjoy the views and explaining the events and live music they have.

It's got an amazing view. The staff are fantastic. We had the afternoon tea and the sweets were gorgeous. We were a little let down by the savoury side as expected sandwiches and some sort of savoury pastry, instead of wraps and little pieces of foccaccia smothered in balsamic glaze. The only sandwich was one finger of ham and cheese, and considering it was for 2 we weren't really impressed. The pictures show finger sandwiches so we felt a little let down.

My husband and I had the vegan afternoon tea, the savoury wraps and sandwiches were fresh soft and very tasty.The sweet cakes (coffee bite and chocolate slice) were definitely our favourite.The views around the city are truly remarkable it was a beautiful sunny day when we went so we could see for miles.I can totally recommend this venue for its food its views and the staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Went for drinks as an end-of-term treat and we were so well looked after. The prices are really reasonable for how fancy the place is, great selection of cocktails and fabulous views!
