Reyes (specifically Simitrio Reyes) was just fantastic. From the first time I called Reyes they were super helpful in setting up a time that worked for me. Simitrio was on time, gave a reasonable quote and did the work on the spot. He spot treated, cleaned and stretched our old basement carpet and made it look new. Truly a great service experience. I will never go elsewhere for anything carpet related. Highly recommended.

Carpet Services Specialist Simitrio Reyes, did an excellent job cleaning our entire house, upstairs, downstairs and two sets for stairs. Also, Mr. Reyes did an awesome job stretching the carpet in our master bedroom. All of the work was done professionally with no issues. Our carpet looked new again thanks to the expert cleaning service provided by Mr. Reyes. The next day I received the following text message from Mr. Reyes, “Good morning, Mr. James, how is your carpet? Everything is fine”.
