He answered the phone right away, listened carefully to the issue, and made us a top priority when we had an urgent clogged drain that caused everything to back up. I have dealt with a lot of tradesmen over 40 years of home ownership, renovations and repairs. Plumbers can be hit-n-miss, but Bobby was a hit. Our home had a mystery that other plumbers and experienced homeowners could don't solve. After arriving on time (wahoo!), Bobby went under, over and through the house to locate the source of the problem and located it. He's not cheap, but we were very pleased with his thought process and diligence.
