The owner of this establishment is extremely condescending and rude. Only cares about their money and not the community’s well being.I’d rather support a different business who actually cares about its guests.

Please read this review before signing any contract with this gym.If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. The memberships are extremely expensive. I paid over $30 per week for an entire year under a 12-month contract, which is more than double what Defined Fitness charges, and I was only able to attend three sessions per week.After only a few weeks, I tried to cancel my membership, but my cancellation request was denied. As a result, I ended up paying for 11 months without using the gym a single time. Even though they continued collecting my payments, nobody ever reached out to ask why I had stopped attending or showed any concern about my experience as a member.The biggest issue for me was the lack of customer care. Once you sign the contract, it felt like you're just another payment. I never felt valued as a customer, and it seemed like keeping me locked into the contract was more important than providing good service or helping resolve my concerns. In my experience, they care more about collecting your money than building relationships with their members.What concerns me most is that many of the positive reviews may not reflect long-term customer experiences. New members are encouraged to leave reviews on their first day, before they've had enough time to evaluate the gym and its service.I've never had such a negative experience with a gym. Save yourself the money and carefully review the contract before signing.

I still see tons of video adds from the staff here, I wonder if they lose a bunch of clientele after customers realize they’ve been conned into a 12 month contract. Which still isn’t mentioned in their add for their 30 day transformation adds. They’ll say that they’re completely transparent but why not mention that in the add?? Ohh that’s right because you have to bait people into joining a ‘free’ but ONLY, and ONLY IF you sign up for a 12 month contract. 😂
