I have been going to Rupy for years now, and have never been disappointed! She is the BEST eyebrow threading queen of Vancouver! My eyebrows come out looking amazing every time! She perfects the shape (no eyebrow lady I’ve had in the past has ever been this good!!!) Since finding Rupy she has been my ONLY eyebrow girl. I don’t know what I’d do without her!! She also does good waxing and haircuts! I have gotten my legs waxed from her before and loved it! She also cuts my hair the way I like every time! I started bringing my brother in for haircuts as well and Rupy has been our eyebrow and hair person ever since!
