Gene made it over to the house within 2 hours of me calling. He had the parts in hand and was in and out in under 30 minutes. The air conditioning was not blowing between upstairs and downstairs properly, creating cold and hot spots in the house, so he came to check the damper motor. It ended up needing replacing, so he installed the new part, cleared out insulation that was blocking the damper, and cleaned out the drain pipes. He brought the old part down to show me and left the manual for the new part at my request. Pricing was reasonable, but the value was in the speed of service, Gene's communication and calm demeanor, and his willingness to answer my questions and explain what was going on. A lot of guys don't like too many questions, so I appreciated that he answered my questions and maintenance without trying to "humor" or upsell me.

I highly recommend Sid’s Heating and Air LLC. Gene was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. My Trane packaged AC unit had an intermittent problem where the outdoor fan would stop after running for a couple of days. It was a difficult issue to diagnose because the system would work again after being reset.Gene came out while the unit was actually acting up, took the time to properly troubleshoot it, and correctly diagnosed a failed fan motor. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary repairs or guess at the problem. He explained what he found, picked up the replacement motor the very next day, and had my AC back up and running quickly.I really appreciated his honesty, prompt communication, and willingness to solve the actual problem instead of just replacing random parts. It’s hard to find technicians who take the time to diagnose an issue correctly, and Gene did exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and will definitely recommend Sid’s Heating and Air to family and friends.

Was able to come out same day and was even able to get the compressor the same day which several places couldn’t. His price was very competitive and came in $1,500 less than the other quote I received. Very professional and quick as well. We love they are local and veteran owned. We highly recommend!
