I made an appointment with the lady, and then they called me either the day of or the day before (I can't remember) and she told me that she needed to reschedule because she had to do a closing on a house with someone else at the same time that day. So I thought no big deal, I rescheduled with her on a different day, and she never even showed up. Didn't even respond to my call, voicemail, or text. Last thing I told her was that I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Michelle is absolutely the best!! She came out the house and met me on my schedule at 9pm at night to discuss the entire process since I had never sold a home before ! She walked around and gave honest feedback about things that needed tidying up so the house didn’t look clutter which I appreciate! She even made sure that my son didn’t go to school in the area to ensure our portraits didn’t create safety concerns because of the world today! From one mother to another that’s amazing ! She paid for a professional photographer to come and take the pictures and the house looked amazing ! She knew that WiFi was spotty in that area and even went to Lowe’s and purchased a combination lock for realtors to show the house with no issues! She knows her stuff !
