Our garage door motor broke, so I asked my friend if they could recommend anyone for garage door repairs/replacement. My friend recommended Billy and I was very happy she did! My husband and I were impressed with Billy's promptness, professionalism and knowledge. He replaced the motor and other parts and we were extremely satisfied. We will be needing new garage doors and another motor (for our other door) in the near future, and will be calling on Billy again.

Billy was prompt in getting back to us, set an appointment for the next day and arrived exactly within the time frame he said he would. He looked over our garage door and within minutes got to work. He knew exactly what to do to address the problem - a broken cable. After replacing the broken and worn out cables, he also inspected all the moving parts, adjusted and lubricated all of them, and performed final tests to ensure everything was working properly. And he cleaned up after himself. Great job!!! And all that for a great price. We highly recommend Springs and Things if you need help with your garage door.

Our home was built in 1976 and had the original garage doors. I had new openers installed in 2009, but the door on my wife's side began making concerning sounds when it was opened. Previously I had used on of the larger garage door companies to repair springs and was familiar with them. Since I knew they were expensive, I decided to give Springs and Things a try. Billy came out, diagnosed the problem and we decided to replace both doors. They installed doors and all components in under 6 hours. We are very satisfied with the work and the pricing. I then asked Billy if he could replace the garage door opener on my wife's side. Same results. Would highly recommend this company.
