I had a great experience with Brandon Watkins. I have been dealing with harvester ants for several years now and haven't been able to eradicate the issue. Manager of company finally got back with sincere apology. That's all we needed. Forgiven.Owner reply below never happened. All an automated AI reply as these mega corporations don't really care about local families.Now sending collections for $85 from a California based company. As mentioned, these are not local people. We cancelled our service and they screwed up and came out again after we had already moved out. Whoever owns this company should be embarrased. Please leave us alone.Their 5 star review are a paid for SCAM. Do not trust these people. STAY AWAY. Got a text threatening me in September 2025 ( yes, a text and I will post it shortly - must be losing business) for $80 in collections from 9 months ago in January and I haven't lived or haven't been on title of the house in over a year. It was a personal text from either the owner or manager and was the most unprofessional thing i've seen. When we told them we had cancelled with the prior company, they continued to say we had to pay for a service they did when we didn't even live there. They just showed up and sprayed and left and charged us. Pest and Termite Consultants are a brand out of California that took over for an old company that we cancelled due to moving out and apparently kept spraying the bushes. We never liked the service once Pest and Termite bought the local company out. They sprayed quickly and never asked if we needed more help like the others. Typical big business takes over small business, steals their reviews, and gives a worse service, then has some idiots texting people for $80 6 months after they left the home. Now they want me to pay for a contract that they took over and wasn't updated when we moved out. Get it together PT. NC doesn't like outsiders claiming to be your local company. You can't treat community people like this.
