We do not leave many reviews but this place deserves recognition. We are from Arizona and love authentic Mexican food. Prado is as authentic as you can get. I had the Chili Colorado and it was the best I have ever had. My wife had the Chili Verde. She said it was the best. Our Aunt and Uncle had Chicken Fajitas and they too said they were wonderful. The portions were huge and we had to take leftovers home. The staff works well together and were very attentive. The owners came out and introduced themselves to ensure our meal was everything we were expecting. The bill was less than expected even with margaritas. When coming back to visit family, this will always be a place we go.

Was not the normal wait staff. Took forever just to get water. Food is very good. Reasonable prices.
