We contracted Trent and his crew to build a 26’ x 30’ two story addition on the back of our home with a master suite on the top floor and a two-car garage at ground level. From the very first phone call to schedule a consultation for an estimate, to completion of the project, his communication was everything you could want from a contractor. Every phone call and text message received a prompt response, and we always received an actual answer with the information we needed.Even with significant weather delays and supply issues, the project was completed on time and on budget. We made some design changes and modifications along the way, and the additional costs of these changes was clearly communicated beforehand and done within the quoted prices.Any time you take on a project this size, things aren’t always going to go as planned. We encountered several minor issues during this build, and Trent always stepped up to make it right and offered a solution that was fair for everyone.We were also highly impressed by his attention to detail, and unwillingness to cut corners on any aspect of the job. From the time the excavator broke ground until they finished mopping the floors, the level of craftsmanship and pride in their work was evident throughout the entire process.In the areas that we allowed them to have creative freedom, they far exceeded anything we could have designed ourselves.We cannot say enough good things about Trent and his crew, we would highly recommend them for any project you are looking to get done, big or small!

Trent is a magnificent carpenter. He does what he says hes going to do. He shows up on time. Cleans up his mess everyday. Lets you know everything thats going on and tells you about price changes before the work is done so you have a chance to change things if need be. Hes not the most expensive and i think hes reasonably priced. Great job. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend using him.

Quinlan Contracting is the only contracting company I turn to time and again for home projects. The Quinlan team is responsive, timely, reliable, flexible, and quote fair rates. Our projects have all finished on time or if there were unforeseen changes to project scope that impacted the timeline, Quinlan Contracting has been transparent about the new costs and time associated with completing the project. The team is friendly and try their best not to impact our day to day while they work on the house (I.e. using other entrances when possible, cleaning up as they go, playing music at a normal volume, etc). In this project, we added a half bath where there was nothing before. Trent Quinlan and team acted as thought partners figuring out how to make it work in a small space and were helpful in selecting products/fixtures while giving me creative license (which I like). They can make pretty much anything work! We loved how this powder room came together and how well Quinlan Contracting worked with and coordinated with the plumbing contractor to get the job done.
