To the guy who hung up on me and immaturely slammed the phone down in the process of hanging up on me, you can explain to your boss why this review is being left. I made an appointment for my dad to get his new truck PPF wrapped (you all knew he was going back and forth from you guys and another shop), and I was bombarded with phone calls, voice mails, and text messages for months, borderline harassment. I would strongly recommend having your sales guys retrained in the simple manner of respect to possible future customers, like me or my dad. You guys have done window tint on both of my brand-new trucks along with my dad's truck in a very orderly fashion (in and out very fast). Today I had to tell one of the sales guys my dad chose another shop because they have done other work with our vehicles in the past and he trusted them for their quality work and the fact that they have been POLITE and RESPECTFUL to him, time and time again. It is not my truck nor my property at the end of the day it was not my choice on where the truck ended up. Now to the employee who slammed the phone on me and hung-up on me without letting me explain, you can also explain to your boss that I will no longer be referring you guys to anyone anymore and I can name at least 15 people who I have referred to you guys for tint and other stuff in the last couple months. I constantly tell people I have enjoyed coming to your shop to get my stuff done for my vehicles, because I enjoy the quality and time it takes you guys to complete my vehicle. To anyone looking to get your stuff done here, sadly I have to say today I was not impressed, and I was seriously disappointed.
