While working, when they came upon a specific situation, the technician wanted to show us the encountered problem and explain every step they would take to resolve the issues. They were very upfront with the work required, how they would do it, and how long it would take. They were on time and would call or text with a 30 minute arrival time and were always punctual. We will never hesitate to use Lawson’s for any future plumbing needs and will refer them to others. They took an unfortunate situation and turned it into a pleasant resolve.
