My car gave me a surprise while out running errands and Main St was the only place close by that was open on a Sunday. From the get-go Country was friendly and got to work checking on my car right away. After an inspection they let me know what was going on and recommended what I do, no push to do anything, no sales pitch, totally honest and cool. As luck would have it the issue seemed to fix itself after my car was brought back out, Country got my tires filled and the total cost was very fair. I will definitely remember this place if my car ever acts up again. Thanks again Country!

INCREDIBLE!!!! My muffler took retired yesterday after driving home from work. I was desperate to get my car fixed and remembered I would drive past this place frequently. I called them 12 minutes before closing and told them my muffler was dragging in the street and that it couldn’t hold up any longer so the people with a warm welcome told me to come on it and they’ll take care of me. I got there about 4 minutes before close and they did not try and rush me even though they were getting ready to close. The lady, Brandy, is absolutely wonderful and the two gentleman who work on the car are extremely knowledgeable. Brandy informed me she would give me a call the next morning around 10am and that she did!!! Before charging me, she gave me a heads up of the cost and asked if that was okay. I appreciated the transparency and directness. I felt like she was authentic and she made aware of even what the sales tax would be! This gave me trust that they would not charge me for hidden fees. After approving the cost, she told me it would be about an hour and a half; she was right on with that! I get a call about 1.5 hours later and am informed that my car is all ready to go!!! I went from having a hanging muffler ready to fall off in the street any moment to having a brand new muffler all welded together. They all remained very professional, but even aside from that it felt like a family. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back there. The prices were so affordable and the work was stunning. I’ve attached a picture that she’s before and after so you can see!!!!

This place is amazing!!! I had to have my hub bearings replaced on my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas and my car runs like new again!!! Their service is dealership quality and their prices are super fair!!! Definitely the best shop by far in Akron!!! Eric was very thorough in explaining the process of my repair and made sure everything was perfect!!!The same day of my repair another customer that had work done there previously was experiencing car trouble and came in irate blaming Eric. He immediately took the time to hook up the scanner to her vehicle to see what could be causing the problem explaining to her that her system was running lean. It wasn’t the work that they had done, but you could see that he wanted to help her. He offered her a day and time to bring her vehicle back in but she was so angry that she began yelling at the office manager Brandy. They both tried to diffuse the situation and offered to help. I knew then that this is the only place I would bring my car from now on!!! Good people always looking to do the right thing!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Amazing experience. We had an issue with our car's power steering fluid leaking. They got us in the Sunday before Memorial Day and had it fixed that Wednesday. Unfortunately, the part was faulty, however, Eric and Brandy were super understanding and were able to replace the part for free. They worked with us and were amazingly friendly, transparent, and reasonable. Amazing people, good work. They do their best to get you the price upfront, so you have a ballpark range. Of course, things do come up, but they will work with you to the best of their abilities. Will definitely recommend again. I hope I dont have to use them since car repairs are expensive but will use them again if my car needs repairs.
