Great area

Been living here for almost a year now, no issues. Prior to living here always had a misconception about Mobile Homes. From what seen in movies/TV or from word of mouth use to picture them as places to live for druggies/people of bad character but after being here it was all wrong. Have decent neighbors (couple of them became my good friends). Close to my work was the key factor in choosing this place. Walking to n from office is fun n good exercise 4 me. Will highly recommend this place for anyone trying to downsize.

Very well managed and maintained.

The park seems very nice, nicer than a couple that I looked at in what is supposed to be a better area. The girls in the office were friendly, and the manager gave me a tour. This place has really came a long way, it’s gated, has a gym, pool, basketball court, a little play area for the smaller children, and a very nice clubhouse. I look forward to moving here in about a month.

Nice gated park for the area,Good sized common area with playground and pool.New management is really fixing up the park. Added lots of new homes and are being renovated to look like new houses. Best deal in this tough housing market!

They have done a complete 180 inside this place. It's peaceful and quiet and overall a really nice place. :)
