I reached out to him about a plumbing rough in for a half bath for a metal building foundation.Sam was very flexible by being able to arrive on very short notice. The crew he sent to do the job was very respectful of our home/property and very hard workers. The job itself was clean and professional looking. Inspection passed with no issues. The quality of work was well worth the payment/home investment. See attached pictures. I called late at night with plumbing concerns, and they went above and beyond to get out to my home first thing the next morning to assess the situation. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly they responded and how much effort they made to help diagnose the problem without leaving me waiting in line or feeling like just another customer.Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help really stood out to me. It’s not every day you find a company that makes you feel like your concerns truly matter, especially when you’re dealing with a stressful situation in your home.The owner really Sam runs it right and Kole was our technician who was really nice and went above and beyond brainstorming potential other issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called them and they called me back within minutes. They actually had a truck in our area and they made it to our house within 15 minutes. These guys are super hero’s in my opinion. They charged a reasonable amount and I will recommend this company to anyone in their service area.

Keystone Plumbing went above and beyond! We’re in Pomona Park, and although they typically service the Palatka area, they came out to us the same day without hesitation. Other companies were several days out or weren’t willing to travel. Josiah and Eric were honest, professional, hardworking, and made pumping our septic tank quick and completely hassle-free.
