Date: 16 Feb 2026 * EDIT/UPDATE *So here we are in February. Still hearing every so often that the windows are, essentially, “on the way”. Still no windows. At this point, we really just want our money back…because this is beyond ridiculous.Oh also…if you think their address is still on baker rd in Minnetonka…think again. That office suite is as empty as Humpty Dumpty post-fall. I guess our $4,000+ couldn’t keep the lights on there for long.Just give us our money back. Seriously.Date: 7 Oct 2025Buckle up for a long read.We also have a signed contract along with over $4,000 put down from earlier this spring on May 29th, for three windows.We haven't had any correspondence since. Whether it's a salesperson's fault, the owner's fault, or the neighbor's fault, it doesn't really matter...at this point, there should be some sort of correspondence.I posted a 1-star review last Wednesday for this same reason, and it was only a matter of hours before my phone rings.Who called me? None other than the owner.I hear the rundown of how salespeople left, and things were kind of all over the place. That's fine. I can understand that part to an extent.We chat for a bit before I agree to take down my review based on being understanding of the supposed situation and being told that we'd get a call in the next few days to get a time set up for measuring said windows within a week.Well, my math tells me that it's been a week now, but we haven't heard anything at all.I messaged him again last night saying that I'd give him until tomorrow (today/7th) to get things straightened out.Three hours later I get a response only saying that he is still confirming with the window guy. Confirming what, you might ask...a time to measure? That windows can be ordered basically ASAP? Who knows! That's all I got.Well, you guessed it, tonight came and all but went without hearing anything...again.I've gone on long enough here, but trust me when I say that I could keep going.I know there is at least one other employee still hanging on to the sinking ship. I truly want to believe that he's doing what he can on his part but is being strung along as much as the rest of us.Joe and Lindsey Dvorak are not treating their supposed customers as anything more than just missed phone calls and undeserving of their attention.
