Do not even ask me about Ricky's!Review below was from our experience Sept 23rd but today was much better!Today...Nov 10, 2020...Our server today was quite nice, caring and friendly and attentive!Much better experience than last time which was not replied to anyways!We ventured in again to try after a work job in the area. Had the lunch steak special and was good.Music was good too this time, thanks!4 stars this time, not 1! (Was much cleaner too!)...that goes a long ways too with me!Sept 23rd visit below...Have tried so many times here in past just to like the place and this review is not so much from me this time but from by my friend Jordan today as the service just lacked and he felt not valued as a guest!Would it kill our server to just smile at all and engage and just be regular friendly...?Poor effort except for wings coming out so fast but I had to go to bathroom right upon getting home so how clean is the kitchen then???I dislike going with a 1 star of course but this place needs big changes and a fresh new look too! Great little patio out back. Good local wine selections at the best prices I have seen. Staff genuine and try hard. Gluten free fryer now too.

You true neighborhood pub with a relaxed atmosphere and great staff that remember your name.

Had their Thursday night special of Rib eye beef dip and it was excellent! Meat was tender and really tasty. Service is always great at Mcculloch.

I don’t know Liam but I agree with him. I had the beef dip and it was very good. The crunchy onions as a topping were definitely a hit. I will often have a beef dip sandwich when we are out at pubs and restaurants and this definitely is one of the better ones I’ve ever had. All aspects of the meal were great. We had a great experience, the service and food were amazing!

Love the atmosphere, the fish and chips are delicious and large enough pirtion that I share with my hubby. Staff are friendly and efficient.

It has been some time since I wrote this review but all I can say is things have gotten way better and now they have a gluten-free options on their menu. This place has become probably the best pub in Kelowna and a must dine at !!!!!!!!!! Original: So my friends and I go there quite often. Generally it's pretty great. The servers are amazing and good people, however we went in for wings and not only the first time, but one of the more noticeable times the general manager was completely completely inappropriate towards his customers. We were the first people waiting in line and were placed at the bar while there were three open tables. Then when we asked to be moved we were told no there wasn't room as their sat a table open and he proceeded to give tables away to customers he preferred to give them to as they came in. One way to ruin a business really fast is to have horrible management and they really need to look at who they have in charge. Less
