It was a big job but they got it completed on time, the quality of the work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Any questions we had were answered right away. Jaiden always checked in at the end of the day with updates and a plan for the following day. We were never out of the loop. We had Jaiden and his team replace the eaves and siding on our house and they did a fantastic job. I hadn't realized how bad the original install had been until Jaiden did the job properly. They were polite, professional and meticulous at all times. They also did a great job of cleaning up the area every day before they left for the evening, which was much appreciated.

I was recently referred to Jaiden for repairs after a raccoon had damaged part of my property. He provided me with various options to address the issue and mentioned he could come out for an estimate. It was nice to have a company stay in top of things, communication was easy and always responded to questions instantly. Jaiden explained the whole process in great detail and the quote for the gutter install for the whole home was very reasonable. The crew showed excellent workmanship with installation, quality work and no debris left behind. They were able to flash an existing leaking sunroom which some companies did not want to touch. Jaiden also provided options and recommendations to have a strain installed for a gutter that collects rain water. I would recommend this Jaiden and team without any hesitations.

review date: october 4, 2023 customer service date: july 2023 back in july 2023, i was looking for a company that could do siding and soffit/fascia/eavestrough work on my property. step above exteriors (SAE) was under consideration. when i contacted them, jaden (the owner/operator) advised me that hamilton was out of his service area, but had a guy that would be a good candidate for my area and needs. jaden referred me to trinity custom exteriors (TCE), and i ended up using TCE for my project. jaden on the phone, although he had nothing to gain, was very kind, considerate and really wanted me to achieve success, whether i ended up hiring TCE or not. i am very grateful that jaden referred me to TCE. wesley was fantastic to work with, and did an excellent job with the siding work. wesley and jaden worked together for several years together at a siding company, and then decided to start up their own siding companies. they essentially have the same personalities - easy to get along with, good communication skills. they also strive to do good work, and aim to provide good customer service, all at a fair price. bottom line: word-of-mouth referrals are important when it comes to contractors. a lot of good companies do not advertise much on google, or the internet. for folks in the niagara area, i would recommend SAE as a siding company of choice.
