It was a big job but they got it completed on time, the quality of the work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Any questions we had were answered right away. Jaiden always checked in at the end of the day with updates and a plan for the following day. We were never out of the loop. We had Jaiden and his team replace the eaves and siding on our house and they did a fantastic job. I hadn't realized how bad the original install had been until Jaiden did the job properly. They were polite, professional and meticulous at all times. They also did a great job of cleaning up the area every day before they left for the evening, which was much appreciated.

Jaiden from Step Above Exteriors is one of the nicest and honest contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. Very professional from start to finish. It was nice to have a company stay in top of things, communication was easy and always responded to questions instantly. Jaiden explained the whole process in great detail and the quote for the gutter install for the whole home was very reasonable. The crew showed excellent workmanship with installation, quality work and no debris left behind. They were able to flash an existing leaking sunroom which some companies did not want to touch. Jaiden also provided options and recommendations to have a strain installed for a gutter that collects rain water. I would recommend this Jaiden and team without any hesitations.
