Amazing service! The team was incredibly hardworking and professional, even carrying everything up four flights of stairs to complete the installation. They did a fantastic job with our pet door and were friendly throughout the whole process. Really appreciate all their hard work, I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Jeff for anyone wanting a doggy door installed! We needed one put through a screen door and glass door which I feared would be difficult, but it was no problem for Jeff and his team. They were fast and responsive, and a pleasure to deal with on the day of installation. Tate is very happy with his new door! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was an absolute gentleman through the whole process, very professional and easy to work with. We have two dogs and they absolutely love the freedom the dog door provides and have found it very easy to use.Could not recommend enough!

Great service from start to finish. The Pawfect Pet team were easy to communicate with and very flexible with accommodating my preferred days and time for measuring and installation. They arrived early on both occasions and made quick work of measuring and installing with no mess and no fuss. The dog door is working perfectly and looks great! My dogs love it and I love having a dog door that doesn't let in the cold air.

Installed within a week of calling to enquire. Thanks guys

Quick to respond, polite and professional.

The installation took just under an hour, and the door works perfectly...only downside is now I have to do my part and actually make the platform on the outside so the animals can use it. 🤣Thanks for doing the bit that I couldn't just DIY!

Jeff was brilliant to deal with. He was quick to respond, quote and install. In fact, he was the only company who would work with me on a smaller window frame in my Toorak apartment. Nothing was too hard and communication easy via text keeping me updated every step of the way.I highly recommend.

Very professional and excellent work. I'd recommend them to friends and family.
