Magnolia Cleaning is exactly the kind of company you hope to find but rarely do. Their values truly set them apart, and it shows in every detail of their work. In an industry where consistency and care can sometimes be lacking, Magnolia brings both professionalism and a genuine commitment to excellence.Kristen and Madi's attention to detail is outstanding—nothing is overlooked, and everything is done with intention (the cute towel and blanket folds are just a bonus). Beyond the quality of their work, it’s clear they operate with integrity and pride in what they do. Kristen has built something truly special, and it’s evident in both the service and the experience her team provides. It’s refreshing to work with a company that reflects strong values and delivers such high-quality results which is why I have zero hesitation when recommending them!

We just had our first deep clean with this company and I am beyond impressed. They did an absolutely amazing job and I am so happy we found them. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to check in with us to make sure they were focusing on the areas that mattered most. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They paid attention to all the little details that truly make a home feel cared for. Bath towels were folded beautifully, toilet paper and paper towel rolls were neatly done, throw blankets were folded, pillows were fluffed, trash cans had fresh liners, the espresso machine was detailed and the house smelled incredible when they were finished. On top of all that, they were so friendly and professional. I cannot wait to have them back for bi weekly cleanings and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and detailed cleaning company.

We live in Shaker Run and have been using Magnolia Cleaning. I have been very happy with the cleaning services. Kristen and her team have done a great job. She is very thorough and leaves the house exactly how I want it to look. I also love that Kristen is flexible for us with rotating the cleaning. She cleans our main level every time and rotates either the second floor or the finished basement every other week. Her pricing is reasonable and competitive. If you're thinking about a cleaning service, Magnolia Cleaning is the one I would recommend over and over again!

I had such a wonderful experience with this cleaning service! My home was left smelling so clean and fresh, without any of the harsh chemical odors you usually get. She was extremely thorough and very detail-oriented, making sure every surface was wiped down and that there wasn’t a single speck of dust left behind. I really appreciated how picky she was about the little things!Kristen didn’t cut corners and it truly showed. We had recently dealt with mold remediation and I didn’t think my house would ever feel clean again but thanks to Kristen it did. I highly recommend her service to anyone who wants a spotless and fresh home!
