I had a leak on the main water pipe from between the newly installed boundary box and the main stopcock. As the leak was on my side I had to find a company that could do trace and detect and chose Hubb.Luke arrived on time and explained the process involved which takes several hours using a compressor then using special gas under pressure to fill the pipe which the detector will pick up from the leakage point. This was successful and found at the newly installed boundary box which I suspected from the start.I received a report and photographs the following day.I would have no hesitation recommending Hubb .With thanks to LukeDave S

Can’t thank enough the Hubb group for their immediate attention and for their help in time of need .for detection assessment and repair the water leak in our house. CEO of the company surprisingly took my phone call on a Sunday lunch time ,arranged the work within 48 hours and after working painstakingly for full three days their engineer ,one of them an ex service man found the leak at a depth of four to five feet and repaired the leakI have nothing but admiration for the company ,Company CEO, and their workforce ,the Engineers and office manager Francesca. My best wishes for them.

Really pleased with the service from HUBB Group. I had a burst water pipe underneath my block-paved driveway, which was a bit of a nightmare, but Luke was brilliant from start to finish. He found the leak, explained what was going on and talked me through what needed to be done. He was really helpful throughout and made the whole situation a lot less stressful than it could have been.Very happy with the work and I’d definitely recommend them. Big thanks to Luke for all his help.

We were advised by our water company that we had a leak. After extensive investigation inside the property, we notified the water company to say we don't know where it can be. They came and conducted a brief test, and suggested it was somewhere between the meter and the property. It was at this point we contacted the HUBB Group for help. They arrived on time on the date we wanted, and Dean explained clearly not only what he was going to do, but why he was doing it, and the timescale involved for the work. It was all done very professionally, and everything was left neat and tidy. I can highly recommend the HUBB Group for this type of work.

I called Hubb because we had high water bills and the water company didn’t want to take responsibility for a leak.Superb customer service from the start. Dean, who did the work for us, was great and was honest throughout the whole process. The leak was detected and we can now go back to the water company for them to sort. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a mains water leak close to the house. Hubb Group sent our Ricky & Dean (plus a few others as needed) to identify and fix the leak during the hottest June on record! Great work guys, highly recommended. Don't forget the sun cream next time!

Throughout the whole process from initial contact to tracing and locating the leak the office and on site staff were polite, friendly and extremely professional. When the repair was located and fixed the on site team made sure we were aware of the minimum time required to achieve drying out, the work area was left very clean and tidy.I cannot recommend this company and its professional approach highly enough.

I think your company should be renamed the A-Team. From our first panic stricken phone call to Francesca to our hero Luke (over 5 days) who was ably assisted by Taylor (2 days) and Dean (2 days), who arrived to find the front garden under water, the service they provided was very professional. We were informed what was going to happen every step of the way. All three went above and beyond to help get the water supply back on. The work was completed to a very high standard in just four days and we now have a new mains water connection to the property. We would highly recommend Hubb Group. They are professional, kind and caring (a rare thing these days!) and very good at their job. Well done to you all.

Hubb Group did an excellent job for us, in locating a leak in the supply in our garden and fixing it. Our supply is not properly mapped and has various pipes coming off it, so finding it was tricky, but Hubb Group staff did an excellent job. Very happy with their service and thoroughly recommend them.

Luke explained clearly his findings and recommendations regarding the water leak. He was polite and efficient and left everything tidy. It was an easy process dealing with Hubb from the start.

Having a hidden mains water leak is very stressful! From the minute Francesca answered the phone I felt so reassured that I was in calm and capable hands. The job ran over two days but everyone I met, Ricky, Luke and Dean were very professional, sympathetic and kept me informed every step of the way. Lewis, 'the boss', also called me to reassure me at the end of the first day. What a fantastic company. I don't wish a leak on anyone, but these people are the ones you want helping you navigate it.

I called on Hubb Maintenance for a huge water leak pb we hv had for a year. Two engineers came to assess, detect and replace a sipping hot water cylinder. A massively difficult job due to its location and its age. But they did it. Perseverance, dedication, professionalism... and to top it all, two fantastic persons that really give me back faith in the maintenance profession. Thank you Dean and Ricky. Thank you Hubb Maintenance.

You need to go a long way these days to find a responsive and highly competent group of people to solve quite a serious problem. In this respect the team at Hubb is exceptional. Lewis and his colleague Dean worked professionally on all levels to source and to manage our drainage issue. They were polite, friendly and willing to help us understand many technical details in relation to our problem throughout their investigation. We are extremely impressed.Francesca, handling calls, has a reassuring approach which makes you feel confident in her management of the team’s schedule. If she says there’ll be someone there at 10.30 there is someone there at 10.30! Thank you all for your patience and your quiet, unassuming competence. We’d have no hesitation in recommending your services. Kindest regards.

Very impressed with Hubb Group. They located a mains water leak underneath my kitchen tiles and were able to pinpoint the exact location before making access, which avoided unnecessary damage. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Luke provided very helpful information from the get go. He was good at explaining what was going on and him and the team worked extremely hard on a difficult leak. They left the area very tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the guys - Be aware very expensive and Admiral only pay 50% of the costs even with full policy cover. Identify what contractor firm and costs your insurance company will provide on compensation before work starts. I understand in emergency to get it fixed and then claim like I did but disappointed with the overall insurance industry

There was a leak under the dining room floor which was concrete and Luke came to find it. He was very professional and helpful, helping us to move furniture, then carried out a comprehensive search and located the leak, dug a part of the floor up and fixed the leak. Heating system and water now working fine. thanks HUBB and especially Luke, a very nice and thorough guy.

Absolutely brilliant service. First time using this company. Kept me well informed. Luke who attended my property to locate leak was friendly, professional, quick and tidy. I don’t often leave reviews but tbh it’s great to have found a company who actually turn up and are committed in getting the best done for their customers. Highly recommend. Thank you Hubb and Luke.

This was a very complicated job that took several long days of leak detection work. Ricky and various other workman were respectful, polite and communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciated that Ricky was available by text or phone call at all times outside of the job to discuss monitoring updates and give advice. This service is very labour intensive and therefore has come at a high price but we are hopeful to recoup this with an insurance claim using Ricky’s carefully written report and photo evidence to support this. Many thanks
