I had a great experience with Tyler at TJ Auto & Tires. I went in to get new rear brakes and tires, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Tyler was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. The work was done the same day, which I really appreciated. ***The people who work here really CARE about your car. ***Took my car here to get the tires replaced early this year. I also had my car brake lights replaced and had to bring the car back after a few months because they weren’t working. The staff quickly replaced them. No questions asked. Thank you for making sure your customers leave happy. It makes a difference when the customer service is authentic. I HIGHLY recommend them.Update: brought my car in today because I had a concern with my brakes. They checked my file, had a look at the brake pads and were able to replace them as well as rebalance my tires because of a concern that they observed. Thank you once again for the very fast service done, going above and beyond my expectations!
