I had another fantastic visit, and having Sheama cut my hair this time around was a wonderful experience! I really appreciate how much time the team takes to educate you on how to treat and care for your curl. If you have curly hair, this is definitely the place to go, and I'll be back! First time I went to Curl Evolution. Everyone was extremely friendly making me feel very comfortable. Stylist, Ashley, spent time talking to me about my expectations, explaining best practices for my type of hair and explained the products. I appreciated her expertise and not pushing products. I used to have very curly hair and wear my hair down all the time. After severe health problems, my hair started falling out and thinning and lost so much of its curl. It was no longer letting me put a brush through it, was no longer getting/staying wet, it would take me painful hours that left me in tears just trying to get any tangles out. I saw a video of Erin pop up on my instagram and after scrolling her page, I immediately booked a first time curl cut with her. Erin listened to all my concerns and went in depth about what my hair needed. What I really appreciated about her that first visit was the honesty I was granted when I showed her photos of how my hair used to look. She explained how my hair had changed greatly and it would not look like that after the visit. I laughed because of course it wouldn't, but that I was just about ready to completely shave my head and start over so nothing could be worse than what I came in with. After that first cut, I couldn't believe that I could actually wear my hair down again. Erin explained what products were harming my hair and what to switch to and I immediately noticed the change that day. I just had my first maintenance cut with her today (3 months after my first visit) and can't recommend her enough. My hair looks and feels healthy and even is growing again! Thanks Erin for working miracles. And thank you Curl evolution for being such a kind staff
