On 3/19, I called to set up a deep clean for a house I had just purchased. By just looking at the house you would think it was clean, however, I wanted the cabinets cleaned out with a wet cloth, the inside of the refrigerator cleaned out and the wood floors (which included dining room, living room, hallway and one bedroom) cleaned. EVERYTHING else I said they didn't have to do (bathrooms, bedrooms, etc). I paid the $29 nonrefundable fee along with $266.06 deep clean fee with the inside of cabinets and inside of refrigerator (extra cost) included in amount. The money was taken out IMMEDIATELY. I was told by Mae (operator who set up appointment) 'Oh, it shouldn't have come out yet'. A message was put in, and I spoke to the manager, Jeremy, on the same day. He was very pleasant and assured me I would be happy with the service. So I said, "I hope so, and let it go because I was already scheduled for my appointment on 3/20. The day of my appointment, I'm at work they called to get the code to enter, so I was aware of the time the cleaner, 'Stormi', arrived. I was not informed when she left. I did, however, receive an email to rate my service. I got off work that evening after 6p went to my house, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done. I called the service and left a message for a return call. I spoke with Jeremy the next day (3/21), and I explained what I had requested. Sent pictures of my refrigerator and cabinets. My cabinet had a dead stink bug in it that was STILL there AFTER the so-called cleaning. AND my refrigerator had the spills in it that if Stormi had cleaned it like she was supposed to, she would have seen. When I spoke to Jeremy, he tried to negotiate sending Stormi BACK to my house to clean that day (3/21)....ABSOLUTELY NOT. Or sending someone else out, which at this time I don't trust the process and feel like I would have to babysit. When I said I wanted my whole refund, he said he was not authorized to do that and had to talk to the owner, Tyler. Which is also crazy if he's the manager, but I digress. Tyler should trust his judgment with refunding in cases like this where nothing was done and evidence was submitted to prove it. Jeremy also indicated Stormi did not load any pictures, so I'm guessing that is typically the process. If not, I t should be. Jeremy stated he spoke to Stormi, and she said she cleaned the basement because there was construction...(WTH?) First, she wasn't requested to go into the basement, so 'Why' are you there. BUT the basement was the only place I had any furniture you could sit on. Jeremy stated she was at my home for 3 hours doing nothing, in my opinion. I had to change my plans and go that day (3/21) and start cleaning the areas I paid the cleaning company to do. Jeremy did call that Monday 3/24 to tell me Tyler agreed to refund me the $266.06. I will take a 'Loss' on the $29 with the lesson learned. Jeremy went on to say Tyler did not believe I would write a good review after he refunds me 'my' money but if I could go write a 5 star review basically focusing on his customer service that would be great. A couple of days later, Jeremy followed up with another call, stating Tyler is upset cause they don't see a review yet (which I was waiting until my refund posted). So here is my review... "Don't try to tell someone how to write a review when your company is in the wrong. You would have been better off if you hadn't pushed it or acted like you were doing me a favor by giving me a 'partial' refund when your employee did NOTHING she was paid to do. That is on you because she represents YOUR company." I never committed to rating your company a 5 star but I would have scored your customer service higher if you wouldn't have tried the bullying tactic. Learn better and Do better! They cancelled on me and I never rescheduled but 2 weeks later they have re ran my card for almost $300 and rebooked my appointment without my consent...

Cassandra was great, very personable, kind, and made me feel at ease. My father passed suddenly last year and it took everything out of me; I could barely do more than go to work. I had done very little cleaning at all for months, was barely keeping clean laundry on my back, and was so overwhelmed with where to start. It was a long day, but she got me back to base state and I am so grateful.

I needed to get my apartment changed up as pay off a new year, new me thing. And they sent over Ms. Ashley. She was super nice and appreciative of the work. And I absolutely loved her work. I didn't thought both of my bathrooms were beyond saving. But Ms. Ashley out in the time and effort to make it like new. This was my first time using a cleaning service & would definitely recommend them.

Ari was kind, punctual and hardworking! Updated….Unfortunately, there was too much for a deep clean for one person to do. The rooms she began with were phenomenal. I called (4 days later) after the holiday to talk about the last few rooms that I was having to clean again and the guy on the phone had such a tone about it that I wouldn’t book with them again. They did offer to send her back and clean the last few bedroom floors and walls but after the way he spoke to me I didn’t feel comfortable with that and decided to clean them myself. The house was empty for the 4 days between the clean and the call.
