Ari was kind, punctual and hardworking! Updated….Unfortunately, there was too much for a deep clean for one person to do. The rooms she began with were phenomenal. I called (4 days later) after the holiday to talk about the last few rooms that I was having to clean again and the guy on the phone had such a tone about it that I wouldn’t book with them again. They did offer to send her back and clean the last few bedroom floors and walls but after the way he spoke to me I didn’t feel comfortable with that and decided to clean them myself. I needed to get my apartment changed up as pay off a new year, new me thing. And they sent over Ms. Ashley. She was super nice and appreciative of the work. And I absolutely loved her work. I didn't thought both of my bathrooms were beyond saving. But Ms. Ashley out in the time and effort to make it like new. The company seems to have lost all or most of their staff. After using their services for 2 months, I can honestly say I gave them every chance to resolve their staffing issues and keep my business. I am supposed to be a recurring clean every two weeks. They are always canceling and rescheduling. Final straw was that today was a rescheduled cleaning because they canceled on Tuesday after the arrival time frame. Today, after the arrival window, they contacted me to say they were late….no kidding. The quality of the cleaning has been hit and miss. My initial deep clean was so awful they had to come out and do it all again. They didn’t even wipe the countertops and didn’t dust anything….for a deep clean! I hire a service rather than an individual so that I don’t have these scheduling headaches. Less

🚨SCAM ALERT 🚨 This company is NOT real. I booked this company for a move in clean for a 2bdrm 2&1/2 bathroom apartment over 1,000sq ft. They make you put your payment method on file before booking the appointment. The cleaner was to meet me at 9am for an 8 hour job. The cleaner arrived a little after 9am. She shows up with no cleaning supplies or equipment. The girl tells me it’s in her car. Her and I walk through the unit. I show her what needs to be done. She heads to her car to grab a bag of rags. I had to leave her there for about 2 hours. At 10:45 I get a call from this serenity company saying the cleaner was finished. 🚩 how can you clean that size apartment in less than 2 hours? . As I walked through to check her work NOTHING was done. She did NOT clean anything. I called this company on the spot. To express my concern. And from there my experience with this company was pure hell. The so called manager :Jeffery “ promised he would send out another cleaner . I waited for HOURS no one EVER showed back up. After an entire waste of an 8 hour day. I finally said . I’ll take a refund. And now they’re refusing to give me my money back. But mind you they charged my card for the full bill of $353.08 48 hours before the service 🚩. I got absolutely nothing for my money other than them wasting my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
