Serenity Clean of Dayton

I cancelled this summer and yet I still got charged their $29 monthly “subscription fee” for October. Here was my experience:- constant staffing turnover (both the cleaners and the managers) which led to every single apt being late or rebooked.- poor training of staff which led to inconsistent cleaning quality each appointment. Managers would always blame their employees when I complained, but the recurring pattern quickly made me realize the issue is inadequate training.- their “subscription” perks are so laughably gimmicky. For $30/month you get “access to their schedule” which again had no benefit as our apts 100% always got rescheduled. They also apparently give you gift cards for family and friends (ah yes here’s the gift of inconvenience and frustration)- subpar products led to subpar cleaning: I specifically requested them to carefully clean our shower with stone tile, and it was as if it was never touched. Mind you this was during a “deep-clean” appointment.Franchises don’t work for cleaning companies, or at least for serenity clean. This company left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Choose local, where owners can properly scale their small business and carefully train staff.
