We had a great experience with Blissful Bath from start to finish. Joseph C came over one afternoon and really helped us understand, as new homeowners, exactly what we needed while answering our (probably too many) questions that we had. He was SUPER friendly, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout what could have been a pretty stressful process. He walked us through a detailed step-by-step process of how Blissful Bath handles their work, which ultimately made my husband and I feel confident in the work we were going to receive.Jen from the office was amazing and super helpful. Our baby is due in October and I REALLY wanted this project completed before then and Jen made sure to keep us updated every step of the way until we were on the schedule!Flash forward a few weeks, and today Ken & Dominic arrived at our house at the exact time we were told. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and reassured us along the way that things were going smoothly. They did an amazing job redoing our tub, and we are SO happy with how it turned out. They were very professional, also SUPER friendly, and did a great job!We highly recommend the Blissful Bath Team & hope to have them back for our other bathroom soon!

The consultation was for a rental property I own and he was very understanding about my position for a budget. I feel very positive about the purchase, and a decision to make a much needed improvement. I just wanted to jump on here and make sure I get a review right away. From start to finish we told Joe the salesman what exactly we needed a true to roll in shower for my wife's need. She is a paraplegic and uses a shower wheelchair. He put together a design and we loved it. Scheduling was relatively quick for the install. Today Will and Zack showed up ready to go with all the material needed. We wanted to make sure they receive 5 🌟 If we could give them more we would. Very professional with start to finish. From draping the entry way all the way to the bathroom. To sealing off the vanity to protect from dust and debris. With going over the details of the install, height of shelving, bench and grab bars. Finally cleaning up and vacuuming any debris and wiping everything down. We would highly recommend using Blissful baths for any future upgrades. There isn't much else I can say about this company. Can't wait to use the new shower in 24 hrs.

Kerrie Broadway came to our home today to give us an estimate on replacing our shower. She was professional yet personable. I felt like I was talking to someone I met socially who just happened to know a lot about showers. She was never condescending or rushing us to make a decision or any of the other negative traits exhibited by many salesmen (yes, they have been mostly men) I've encountered. She answered all our questions clearly and we even shared a bit about our families and past home repair experiences. My wife and I very much enjoyed meeting her.
