I needed a whole new HVAC system durning the hottest time this past summer and a new roof due to hail damage a couple of months earlier.. We recently had them both done back to back.. Pilgrim is a family-owned business with the nicest people you would want to meet. Excellent work was done in a timely fashion and with great prices.. I really can't thank them enough.

Lance did an excellent job checking both out air conditioning units and furnaces. He went above the normal maintenance. Really appreciate his honesty.

Our blower on our heating cooling system went out on a Saturday afternoon in 100° weather. We called our old company and found out they had been bought out by a huge conglomerate. They gave me an appointment to come look at it Monday afternoon even though I told them that I wanted to replace it. We looked up locally owned companies and found 3 that I left messages with on Saturday night. Pilgrim called me back Sunday and by Monday afternoon my furnace and A/C were replaced and cooling us down. The inside furnace room was all finished very neatly and I was extremely happy with that. The outside unit was not installed as neatly but they came back and reinstalled it so a very picky me was happy. Everything worked well after the initial install but the aesthetic was not to my standards and they fixed that. They are a great company to work with.
