Lance is the technician who has serviced both out AC system and heat system. He is very knowledgeable about the systems and what needed to be done to both. EXCELLENT service and the friendliest, knowledgeable staff. We had a complete replacement of furnace/AC unit, due to emergency breakdown of old unit. Installer Brett & Service technician Lance are the very best! They took special care to keep things clean and worked with a high level of detail & pride. Love that it’s locally owned & operated family business with years of experience. Owner Tim was hands on, kind & personable too. For an unfortunate situation they all made it most pleasant.
