Matt responded to my Facebook group post very promptly and also advised exactly what his company do in regard to my evaporative air conditioner brand. I straight away felt at ease and confident trusting his service. I was amazed at how quickly his technician responded to the job and the work was completed without me even being there so did not have to leave work. Even more amazing was that it cost me nothing because my unit was under warranty. They also followed up and gave me a rundown on what was done. higHly recommend!!!

Our ducted gas heating was blowing cold air. Chloe attended our property. Communication was fantastic from the first point of contact. Chloe was very polite, took out her shoes multiple times as she went in and out of the house to investigate and resolve the issue. She identified our system was still under warranty which saved us money for the replacement of the thermostat & explained the issue clearly. Will definitely be our contact for any future issues!

Very professional and reliable. Arrived on time, provided clear information on what they intended to do, left everything clean and tidy when finished. Detailed explanation of what was tested and what was found, happy to answer questions and provided honest advice (showed a high degree of knowledge). Provided detail report via email shortly after visit. Did not try to pressure or cross sell anything. Great experience and highly recommend.
