Spent a lot of money getting both our heating and cooling units installed by them, but when it came to servicing they cancelled on me half an hour after they were meant to be here for the appointment, and when I rang to find out what was happening they told me to reschedule for another day. Id already taken the day off work to be home, and they wanted me to drop another days pay re-booking. (Mind you if you cancel on them within 48 hours they charge you $160). They were too tight to even offer a small discount on the service due to their poor organization. They tried to tell me it was because of rain/safety reasons, but the weather forecast had predicted that 3 days before the appointment; they had plenty of time to reschedule my appointment without me losing a days work.So I went with another local provider, and ended up saving nearly $200 a service for both units! Thank you Melbourne Gas Group for your poor customer service as it saved me a lot of money in the end.

Melbourne Gas & Air Group replaced our refrigerated air conditioning unit when it lost the will to live 2 days after Christmas.Matt was able to come and check out the job and arrange his team to install a new unit quickly, which considering the time of year and the hot weather we’d been having was much appreciated.What a great team of professional, friendly tradies!Highly recommended - 10/10

Brilliant service from the first phone call to the completion of an entire home refrigerated cooling and heating system. Chloe and Matt were both extremely knowledgeable and provided clear and easy to understand solutions and instructions on how to best use the system. And their colleagues were great and even gave our dog lots of attention.

It’s not often that you come across a company that you have never previously heard of that proves to be not only to be reliable by turning up as promised, but also ultra friendly & equally professional. I figured during this hot weather that I’d have to wait for ever just to get someone out to look at my airconditioner but Melbourne gas were out the next day & gave me a full report on the sad old unit. They came back as planned with a new unit & the two young guys who installed it were great - super friendly & professional. I couldn’t be happier with this organisation which I’m now very happy to recommend.
