Chloe replaced a 'Faulty Combustion Fan', also did a deep clean & service, Carbon monoxide test (27/5/2026). Today (3/6/2026) Chloe came out to check our split system. Did a full check & service. I truly recommend this company to everyone that's looking for reliable & trustworthy. Five star all the way!

Mark came and quoted on the day we contacted Melbourne Gas. Quote was accepted the next day and heater was installed by Jack and Shaun the following day. Advice on what we required for our home was excellent and the guys explained how to use the heater once it was installed. On top of that we got a new efficient Aussie made heater. Highly recommend Melbourne Gas.

The team from Melbourne Gas and Air Conditioning Group came out to do a service. They were super prompt, polite and when I also needed a new part, they drove 30 minutes away to collect it, came back installed it and my ducted heating is operational again. They could've booked it in for another day but they didnt - its these things that seperates them from many others. Great Job Team, love your work!!!

I have used the team at Melbourne Gas and Air for the second time now and they they are fantastic! They installed a Mitsubishi ducted heating and cooling system at my place and the guys, Curtis, Matt and Jacob were all very professional and knew their stuff. We recently had a dominator series put in our house with 8 zones and air touch from the moment we met Matt we new he was the guy after exhausting 3 or 4 other quotes they weren’t the cheapest but me and my wife believe in what we pay for so Matt detailed every single changes to be made and walked us through everything the big day come and 7 am start til 5pm every single persons on the job were polite and thorough it was a pleasure to have them in our homeThe dominator series is killing it they upgraded all duct work and there clean up was amazing I couldn’t recommend a better company to work with and the follow up is wonderfulThanks again from Skot and Nicole
