Matt took the time to explain everything, talked us through how we wanted the zones set up, and made sure we understood how the new system would work.On installation day, even though it was a challenging install, everything ran like clockwork. The team arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing the new ducting, return air, Braemar Dominator and AirTouch 5. Everyone had a role to play, and they all did it really well.Chloe even went the extra mile and mortared a gap in our bricks that had been left from the old system. It was only a small detail, but it was really appreciated and says a lot about the care they put into their work.The whole team was professional, friendly and efficient and, importantly, they cleaned everything up when they were finished.
