Right from the get go I was impressed with MGG customer service. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.Matt, the technician was very polite and professional. The ceiling ducted gas heating required an maintenance service. Matt showed me the fan that was clogged up with dust , illustrating the importance of maintenance and lessening the gas bill.Definitely will use MGG again! Thank you!

Matt and his team at Melbourne Gas Group provide a level of service rarely seen in this day and age. Matt has been professional, courteous and patient with my very many questions on the installation of a Braemar Dominator to replace an old gas ducted system. His team were so efficient on day of installation, taking only one day, cleaned up and they managed to zone every room with an existing vent - that's 12 ducts with individual controls to save on running costs! Matt is super knowledgeable on this system and responds very quickly to any messages and queries which provides a great level of comfort when you are unsure about what to buy and how to use. Thanks Matt and the Melbourne Gas Group team :-)
