I work for a company that had Carolina burglar and fire alarm come out and install an alarm system heat detectors and sirens. The technician Eli completed the job with additional add-ons to service in a timely and effective manner. Even staying a little late to complete the add on to service in one day. I had multiple components installed for a new home security system; every step of the process from the initial walkthrough to receiving access to the new system was a breeze! The owner is wonderful to work with and even assisted during install. Technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, and they left no damage to my home as I’ve had happen in the past from a separate company. I had concerns about my two cats trying to run out the front door during install, and they were kind enough to take this into consideration and ensure it did not happen. :)I take my home security very seriously and I have faith and confidence in the system I received today and the monitoring of said system in the future. I am also certain that should a problem ever arise, the company will act promptly to address it. Would highly recommend going with a local company like Carolina Burglar & Fire Alarm where you are a genuine client and not just an account number in a massive system.
