Until recently, I never had the pleasure of working with this company firsthand, and I quickly realized that I was missing out. From the constant clear communication with Chris, to the seemless coordination with Phillip and Evan, and even to troubleshooting in the field with Conner, this company will take care of you every step of the way. They have generous prices, great customer service, and loads of experience. If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, and reliable security company to give your business to, your search ends here!

We've partnered with Accel Communications for our access control needs across four large Church campuses, with more on the horizon, and they've been phenomenal. The Brivo access control system they installed has transformed our security management. It's perfect for our dynamic environment, offering the flexibility and scalability necessary for our growth. This system ensures our campuses are secure while allowing appropriate access for staff, volunteers, and visitors. Accel Communications has demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Their team showed a deep understanding of our unique requirements, providing solutions that align perfectly with our mission. The installation process was seamless, and their expertise was evident throughout. Their customer service is outstanding. We've always received prompt responses to any questions or issues we've encountered. Whether it's addressing a minor hiccup or planning for future expansions, their support team is always ready to assist, making everything feel manageable. For small businesses, churches, or organizations with multiple sites looking for reliable, user-friendly security solutions, I can't recommend Accel Communications enough. They've not only secured our campuses but have also empowered us to focus on our community rather than security logistics. Thank you, Accel Communications, for your incredible service and for being such a vital part of our growth. We're excited to continue this partnership as we expand. Services offered: automatic door lock/ unlock, keypad entry, card/ badge entry scanner. Remote lock and unlock capabilities which are really helpful when you are away from office but need to let a vendor or contractor into a specified door. They also offer security monitoring/ surveillance systems. Summary: I would highly recommend Accel Communications if you are a small to large business that needs to automate locking/ unlocking doors and manage security access into buildings. Accel Communications is fast to respond and they do jobs the right way every time.

Working with Accel on our alarm system was a seamless process from start to finish. Communication was great throughout and the installation team worked efficiently to have us up and running in just a few short hours. They trained our staff on how to use the app and other procedures. We highly recommend Accel.
