Finding a lash artist who is talented is one thing. Finding one who is talented AND actually listens is another.My lash journey has been a JOURNEY. I’ve had beautiful sets that weren’t right for my eye shape, sets that were too heavy, styles that pulled my eyes down, and experiences where I explained exactly what I wanted but somehow still left with what the artist wanted to do instead. After a while, you start wondering if you’re being too particular. I wasn’t. I just needed the right artist.I booked with Stephanie at Lash and Beauty Bar in Howard Beach, and from the beginning, she listened. I explained that I wanted my lashes full and dense with no obvious gaps, but I did NOT want a traditional cat eye or anything that would make my eyes look droopy or super dramatic like I am in a musical. I wanted them dramatic, but still flattering to my actual eye shapeor every day wear.She understood the assignment. Stephanie gave me exactly what I was trying to describe. My lash line is full and dark, my eyes look open and lifted, the shape is flattering, and even when I look down you can see how beautifully and evenly the lashes are placed. She gave me drama without overwhelming my eyes!!!!!!What impressed me most was that she didn’t just hear “I want full lashes” and start lashing. She listened to the details and translated them into a set that actually works for ME and she didn't have an attitude. She wanted my lashes to WIN! If you’ve struggled to find a lash artist because you know what you like, you’re particular about your shape, or you’ve had artists who don’t really listen, go see Stephanie. I kinda don't want to tell you to go see her because I am selfish but I want her to win too! LOLAfter everything I’ve tried, I finally feel like I found my lash artist. 10/10 experience and I’ll absolutely be back before my wedding anniversary trip next month for my fill! Congrats on the upcoming wedding, Stephanie! 9/20! That's my day too! It's fate! Hahahaha

First time doing eyelash extensions and it felt so good. The front desk was welcoming, and Stephanie the lash tech was amazing — so understanding and attentive throughout the whole appointment. My eyebrows came out beautiful as well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

So I have been going to the same brow girl for 15years and unfortunately schedules collide since me and her are both hair dressers.This Monday I went on a whim to Lash and Beauty Bar, I got a lady named Jayanti and she was so good !She listened to what i wanted as I’m super particular and executed perfectly !Very satisfied 💕💕💕

The lash place was very nice and clean, and the staff were so sweet and welcoming. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel.Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the lashes. It’s only been two days and I’m already noticing bald spots. I haven’t wet them and I’m experienced with lash care, so I know I’ve been taking care of them properly. For how expensive the service was, I expected them to last longer.I just wanted to share an update. I was contacted to come in for an adjustment, and everyone was so sweet and friendly about it. My lashes look much fuller now and are so cute! I’m really hoping they last because I love them.Thank you again for being so kind and accommodating.
