I came here for my impacted wisdom teeth removal which was performed by Dr. Hoaglin. Him and his team did such a great job with the exam, explanation and making me comfortable before and after my procedure. I get nervous to go under anesthesia but I got everything I needed and had such a great experience.

I was in bad pain and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr was amazing pulling 2 teeth. When I left, 3-4 office staff wished me well. Almost like old friends.I was blessed that day to be treated so well. God bless you all.

The visit was wonderful! Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Gary Lines was a super excellent oral surgeon I've ever seen. I visited one oral surgeon before I went to see Dr. Gary Lines, they said they can't and they have to take whole implant out. Dr. Lines at Arizona center for Oral Surgery looked at the X-ray of my implant for minutes he came up with idea and the issue was resolved. I noticed that all the staff in the office were pleasant and friendly. I will come back for number 15 implant when my insurance gets a new fiscal year. Thank you!

They informed us of nothing about the procedure my husband had. I wasn’t updated during. I had to Google everything and let’s be honest who wouldn’t panic if something takes longer than you expect. Office workers chatted about interesting topics considering workplace. Felt like a burden for bringing my infant since we didn’t know if my husband would be under anesthesia or not. Female nurse seemed inappropriate. If you advertise gift cards for reviews I automatically raise an eyebrow. Very focused on insurance and getting paid- seen someone turned around and another looking like they had to schedule multiple times before being seen.shitty communication as far as prescription goes. He can’t talk and is in pain- nothing sent home with us about the medicine or anything tbh - but I had to call the office multiple times before an answer as the pharmacy didn’t have anything- mind you this was well after his numbing medication wore off. He said Dr was nice. Shitty gauze wrapped in between guidance paper spells not clean.

I have seen both Dr. Lines and Dr. Hoaglin for implants and recommend them both. Recently, I had a dental emergency (non implant related) and the office staff (also terrific) scheduled me quickly and it was resolved that day. This is an exceptional practice.

I had a crown come off of my molar #15. Dr. Hoaglin removed the roots. My surgery and recovery went well. I felt like the staff took time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what I needed to do to have the best healing possible ! I would definitely return to them if I need oral surgery care in the future!

Took my son in for a consultation on getting his wisdom teeth out and Chene did our intake. I didn't tell her my son was autistic because I didn't want to make it uncomfortable for him by mentioning that, but she just instinctively picked up on the fact that he needed a little extra help following instructions. By the end of our visit she had him actually talking to her about his favorite anime. It made me feel more relaxed and confident that my son would be fine going through the actual wisdom teeth removal procedure in good hands.
