Literally an amazing gym. I’m blessed to finally have one in the area that I actually enjoy going to.It has everything you need for a great workout. Whoever picked the machines definitely knows what they’re doing — mostly Cimerion and Hammer Strength, with a couple of Matrix machines and a few other solid pieces mixed in. Everything hits great. The cardio selection is great too. You’ve got all the usual suspects, along with a SkiErg and an Airdyne bike.My favorite thing about this place, though, is how organized and clean it is. The weights are actually where they’re supposed to be, the gym is kept in great shape, and it makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.Kudos to the owner. You can tell a lot of thought went into this gym. Highly recommend.

I went in for a day pass because my son was getting his first tattoo so it was gonna be a few hours and went in for a quick workout because…locked in ya know. It was very clean spacious and have an array of amenities and great machines. I live 40 minutes away but almost willing to make the trek for this to become my daily gym.

I’ve been a member since the first month this gym opened, and it’s been amazing to watch it grow. They’re constantly upgrading, adding new classes, and asking members what would make the gym better. It’s always clean, everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is different from any other gym I’ve been to.I usually put my headphones on and keep to myself, but here everyone greets you, and if you ever need a spot or some help, someone is always willing to step in.Frank has put his blood, sweat, and heart into this gym, and it shows. It’s clear that this place is about the members and the community—not just the money. Proud to have been here since day one. 💪

I visited thousands of gyms and finally found the right one: comfort and experience, zero novices or people wasting time, top-notch machines, and of course, Gustavo's attention. Thanks, brother! You were important in this decision

I came here for the summer due to my internship. As a fully American white guy I personally have never felt more welcome than my time at this predominantly Latin gym. I was greeted with a smile each and everyday I came in and the staff even remembered my name as soon as I came through the door. The gym is full of every piece of equipment you could possibly need and more (squat racks, benches, DB’s, and every machine). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly beyond the desk and is always walking around in the workout area should you need anything. This gym gives you the ability to train as hard or light as you want and keeps you coming back with its friendly atmosphere. Great mix of intermediate and beginner lifters as well, legitimately the perfect gym for anyone.
