My hearing has gone from bad to worse in recent years. I can’t hear my grown daughters or grandkids. I bought 2 hearing aids in the last 4 years and returned both of them. I saw oticom had a new “In the ear Hearing Aid”. I called around for prices and this place had the best price plus a 45-day free trial period. I made the appt and talked to the owner Bill who is very down to earth; interesting to talk to and very helpful. No push to buy. I went home and thought I have nothing to lose. I went back a week later and bought these Oticon Zeal hearing aids. I can now hear my grandkids. I can go to the drive thru coffee house and hear the girl take my order. The ""Oticon Zeal"" the "In ear Hearing Aid changes everything. Everyday interactions with others has greatly improved. There is a period of adjustment which I am going through. I would call them the cats meow of hearing aids.Price wise Bill beats everyone else by a lot. Service wise. He not only educated me on the use and maintenance of hearing aids, but had follow up visits to make sure I am getting the best service out of them.It cost nothing to sit down with him and explore your options.Sorry for the long review, but I had to write about this.
