So many different door styles and colors to choose from - this was the hardest part of the process! The cabinets were delivered on time (around 10 weeks after we ordered) and most were in perfect condition. We did have a few small damaged pieces but they were able to replace it for us easily. For our small kitchen renovation, we initially looked for a Wellborn (a brand with which we were familiar) cabinet retailer, who wasn't responsive. We found Carole via a web search. We knew exactly what we wanted for our kitchen and worked with Doug, our designer, to find the cabinets and Corian countertop we wanted. Although our renovation did not allow Doug to fully showcase his design chops, no change in layout, he gave us a lot of insights and options of cabinet styles we could use in our space. Our main concern was to make sure the farmhouse sink we wanted would fit into the space. Yes, we designed our kitchen around a sink and are very pleased with the result. We chose Kraftmaid Vantage since they did not carry Wellborn and are very happy with our new Kraftmaid cabinets. However, this past order was something telling. One of the trucks was in for repairs and a driver was also out, so they were down in two ways. He was available by email, phone, and in person pretty much whenever we needed him. The product selection is great - and the sample layouts in the store make me wish I had several homes to decorate! We did a butler's pantry, laundry room cabinets, and an office layout with Carole - so it was a whole range of products. Next time I need cabinets - I will definitely start with Carole Kitchen and Bath. Less
